Steve
ERM/VA
Steve joined our team in June 2023, bringing with him over 15 years of expertise in the veterinary field. A proud graduate of the Veterinary Assistant program at Algonquin College in Ottawa, Ontario. Steve has an impressive background that includes 12 years in emergency veterinary medicine and 3 years in clinical practice. His wealth of experience makes him an invaluable asset to our team and our patients.
In his role, Steve works closely with our veterinarians during appointments, skillfully taking detailed patient histories and assisting with diagnostics in the treatment area. Known for his gentle and empathetic approach, he has a unique ability to make every patient feel at ease. It’s no surprise that our patients and their families adore him!
Outside of work, Steve is settling into life in Newfoundland with his wife, Jenn, and their newest family member, Dory, a spirited 4-month-old Silken Windhound. Dory’s playful energy and charm have made her a beloved addition to both Steve’s life and our clinic community.
Steve’s dedication to compassionate care and his extensive experience continue to enhance the high-quality services we offer. We’re proud to have him on our team!
