Jenn is one of our friendly Client Service Representatives at KRAH! Born and raised in Mount Pearl, she recently graduated from Memorial University and has a passion for making every client and pet feel welcome.

When she’s not brightening our front desk, Jenn loves diving into a good book, spending quality time with her husband and their adorable pit bull, Daisy, or showcasing her creative side as a professional makeup artist.

If you could communicate with animals, what’s the first thing you’d ask them?

I’d ask, “How are you so perfect?” because their unconditional love and unique personalities never cease to amaze me!
What’s your pet’s name, and why did you choose it?

My dog’s name is Daisy, a name given to her by the SPCA. We also lovingly nicknamed her “Potato” because she has a talent for lounging on the couch for at least 12 hours a day—it’s her favorite hobby!
What’s the most rewarding aspect of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is seeing animals transform from being sick or injured to healthy, happy, and playful again. It’s incredibly fulfilling to know I’ve played a role in their recovery and helped bring joy back to their lives and their families.
What inspired you to work in this industry?

I’ve always had a deep passion for helping animals and knew from a young age that I wanted to work in this field. It’s been a lifelong dream to care for and make a difference in the lives of animals, and I feel incredibly lucky to turn that dream into a career.
What advice would you give to pet owners to ensure their pets lead healthy lives?

Preventative medicine and pet insurance are key to helping your furry family members live long, healthy, and happy lives. Regular checkups, vaccinations, and proactive care can catch potential issues early, while pet insurance provides peace of mind, ensuring you can focus on their well-being without worrying about unexpected costs. Investing in both is a great way to give your pets the best possible care!
