Born and raised in St. John’s, NL, a lot of people think she’s a bay girl! Alicia has never known life without animals, having spent her childhood surrounded by family dogs, cats, a bunny, some goldfish and even a ring neck dove. She developed a special affection for boxers, and adores what big babies they can be! She’s currently a cat mom, but is really excited at the prospect of having another dog some day.

Our resident “science nerd,” Alicia studied Earth Sciences and Chemistry at Memorial University. Her heart is with clients and making people happy, having spent her summers and the past few years working in customer service. She loves building long term relationships with our wonderful clients. When Alicia sees clients leave with a smile on their face, she’s happy knowing that she helped create the best experience for each and every one of them.

When not working, Alicia is a homebody who loves baking, sleeping in, scrapbooking and spending time with her cats. Alicia is the proud owner of our previous clinic cat, Pancake! Along with an SPCA adopted kitty named Tucker. Alicia wanted to have a buddy for Pancake while she’s working at the clinic.
